Vara Prasad Chaganti

Founder & Director

Vara Prasad Chaganti is a banking and financial sector professional with over two decades of experience in MSME finance, inclusive banking and institutional development. Formerly Business Lead – Inclusive Banking at IndusInd Bank, India, he has also advised the World Bank and IFC on financial sector and inclusive finance initiatives. His expertise spans lending strategy, MSME and agriculture finance, business correspondent models, digital financial services and institutional strengthening. At Indhan, he works with banks, NBFCs, MFIs and development finance institutions to build stronger lending businesses.

Veena Ventrapragada

Director

IT professional with over 20 years of experience in designing, building, implementing and deploying enterprise technology solutions. Extensive expertise in Oracle HCM and ERP platforms, with proven experience across solution architecture, application development, systems integration, implementation, deployment and production support. An engineering graduate from JNTU, recognised for delivering scalable, secure and business-focused technology solutions.

Former Managing Director, Finserin, StreeNidhi (Andhra Pradesh, India) and Director (Bank Partnerships), SERP, Government of Andhra Pradesh, India. Former International Microfinance Specialist for the World Bank-funded Cambodia Rural Investment and Local Governance Project. Previously served as COO of SKS Microfinance, Associate Vice President at BASIX, and Manager at Canara Bank. Has led several international consulting and institutional development assignments.
